ZACHARY J. LISZKA was subjected to egregious workplace discrimination based upon his physical disability prior to attending law school. Since then, Mr. Liszka has devoted his practice to exclusively representing employees and consumers in workplace discrimination, harassment, wage/hour, and consumer class actions, as well as individuals deprived of their constitutional rights. He is an editor of the National Employment Lawyers Association New York Chapter Newsletter, and a member of the Labor and Employment Committee of the National Lawyers Guild New York City Chapter.

SAMUEL T. GRAY practices in the area of cooperatively-owned businesses and housing, real estate, and start up law.  Mr. Gray has worked with outside counsel to the New York City Transit Authority and served in the General Counsel's office at the Urban Resource Institute, a not-for-profit providing legal advocacy, housing, and other support for NYC’s most vulnerable populations.  He is currently a Fellow at the Sustainable Economies Law Center.
