Zachary J. Liszka, Esq. – Principal

Mr. Liszka practices in all areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, including under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. In addition, Mr. Liszka has litigated unpaid wage collective and class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law. Mr. Liszka has also litigated class actions claims of consumer deception under New York law. Mr. Liszka has practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the New York Appellate Division Second Department, the United States District Court Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Supreme Court of New York, New York County, Kings County, and Bronx County, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Samuel Gray, Esq. – Principal

Mr. Gray practices in all areas of business, real estate, and landlord/tenant matters, including litigation in federal and state court. He is an experienced negotiator, having negotiated numerous commercial and residential lease agreements, including a $6 million dollar commercial refinance deal. Mr. Gray is also a founding member of the New York City Real Estate Investment Cooperative and a Legal Fellow with the Sustainable Economies Law Center.
