Workplace Discrimination

We represent people who have suffered workplace discrimination, including discrimination because of actual or perceived age, race, creed, color, national origin, gender, disability, marital status, partnership status, caregiver status, sexual and reproductive health decisions, sexual orientation, uniformed service or alienage or citizenship status.

Those laws include Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Civil Rights Act of 1866 (28 U.S.C. 1981), The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and its amendments (ADA), the New York State Human Rights Law (NY Exec. Law 290 et seq.), The New York City Human Rights Law (NYC Admin. Code 8-101 et seq.).
